Santa Hat Brownies

This was a cute little idea that I found on Pinterest! It’s so easy to make and tastes great! For those of you who are really busy during the holidays (so…everyone) here’s a way to make something festive that takes very little time and energy. This is all that you need:

Santa hat brownie ingredients

1) Cap the strawberries.

2) Put cream cheese frosting into pastry bag, in my case, a ziploc bag with the corner snipped, and pipe frosting around the edge of the brownie bite. Tip: it helps to warm the frosting just a little so that it come out easier, but not so warm that it gets gooey (technical term).

3) Place strawberry upside-down on the the brownie. Hopefully it fits perfectly into your frosting ring, if not, add more at your discretion.

4) Top with a little dollop of frosting and voila! Tasty Christmas cheer!!
